FAQs
What happens if I miss my annual report?
Late fees first, then penalties — and eventually the state can administratively dissolve your LLC. Dissolution creates a bigger (and more expensive) problem than the report ever was.
Does my state even require one?
Most do, but not all — New Mexico, for example, has no annual report. We'll check your state and tell you straight.
Can you file reports for multiple states?
Yes — if you're foreign-qualified in additional states, we handle each one's filings and deadlines.
My LLC was dissolved for missing reports. Can you fix it?
Yes — that's our reinstatement service: Revive my LLC →
