Your deadline calendar

State dates follow the standard published schedule — your registered agent confirms your exact date. Federal dates are the standard IRS due dates; if a date falls on a weekend or federal holiday, the IRS deadline moves to the next business day.

Want reminders before every deadline?

Message us “TRACKER” on WhatsApp and we'll set up reminders for your company — 30, 14 and 3 days before each date, so a deadline never sneaks up on you.

File every year — even at $0 income

A US LLC files its federal return every year, whether it traded or not. Multi-member LLCs file Form 1065 by March 15; single-member LLCs by April 15. Skipping a year is where penalties start.

Foreign-owned single-member? Add 5472

If a non-US owner holds a single-member LLC, Form 5472 is filed with a pro-forma Form 1120 by April 15 each year. The penalty for missing it starts at $25,000 — this is the deadline foreign founders most often miss.

Keep your ITIN alive

An ITIN expires if it isn't used on a tax return for 3 consecutive years. Filing every year keeps it active — the tracker adds a January check so you never discover an expired ITIN mid-filing.
